My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics and Signage and are looking for an individual who has experience of taking responsibility and leading an entire Production department, as well as managing a large team of staff both directly and indirectly.

The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Production Managers, and indirectly a large team of Production staff, to ensure everything operates smoothly, and improvements are made where necessary.

This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, managing and motivating a team of Production Managers to get the best out of their Production teams.

It is essential that the successful candidate comes from the Large Format, Graphics and Signage industry as knowledge of the equipment and materials is key to the success of this role.

This is a full management role, where you will have the opportunity to progress and develop to board level.

The desirable candidate will have worked their way up from the shop floor so have experience at one stage of their career managing and operating the Large Format machinery.
