Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £38000/annum
A dynamic Architectural studio specialising in planning and technical design across a range of sectors seeks an adept Architectural Technician to join their expanding team based close to Ashford in Kent.
This vibrant office is currently working on projects across the Residential, Education, Commercial and Agricultural sectors and due to an increasing work-load they require an Architectural Technician with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team to become an important part of the company's development.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in practice working on Building Regulations and tender packages
Full proficiency with AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence
