Conrad Consulting are excited to be working alongside an ambitious collective of Designers, Architects and Interior experts specialising in Retail & Hospitality projects to recruit the services of a Senior Interior Designer.
This firm offer an all-encompassing design service across Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture and Project Management from their base close to the Milton Keynes area.
With a host of big-name clients secured as repeat business and a packed pipeline of projects locked in, the company is in a fantastic position to continue along their path of progression and keep growing the company – making this an exciting time to become a part of this firm.
We are looking for an exceedingly creative Senior Interior Designer who likes to take ownership of a project and mentor junior members of the team throughout the process.
An excellent understanding of the conceptual and design stages of projects, alongside strong presentation skills and the ability to present to clients will be fully required by the Senior Interior Designer.
Senior Interior Designers who possess a passion for what they do and an exceptional ability to communicate visually will be highly sought after.
Senior Interior Designer Requirements
Relevant degree level qualification
Minimum 8 years UK design industry experience
Retail & Hospitality sector experience is highly desirable
Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Cinema4D modelling and rendering environments
Proficiency with VectorWorks 2D drawing packages, 3D modelling – desirable
AutoCAD proficiency would be a bonus
Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
Ability to hand sketch to quickly and effectively communicate ideas
Excellent ability to collaborate within a team
Ability to work within a defined brief and produce high standard of creative output on time and within budget
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Confident in a client-facing capacity
The successful Senior Interior Designer can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, dependant on experience, as well as 24 days holiday plus bank holiday and office closure over Xmas, Private Healthcare, Pension and free parking.
