Just Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Colchester, they are looking to recruit an 'Office Based Project Manager' on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide effective Project Management and site coordination on multiple installations.

You'll work as part of a dedicated client team running delegated fit out projects from start to finish.

You will take responsibility for all elements of the project, calling on the support of your Group Manager as required and maintaining contact with the client throughout in order to maintain the smooth running and timely completion of each project. As a Project Manager you are primarily responsible for ensuring all projects are run in an economical and timely fashion.

This role is mainly office based and you will be responsible for ordering and running the job through our job management system and briefing c through our based job management system.

The ideal candidate will be able to take briefs and discuss project requirements, manage client contact, time frames, budgets, and work across multiple departments within the business – ensuring all key deliverables are met.

You will:
Ensure the delivery of all client work
Provide detailed attention to new requirements
Check the quality of the briefed work before sending onto the client
Compile and update work in progress reports for the client (if required)
Have a full understanding of all client projects
Work under pressure
Managing multiple projects across multiple systems
Be organised
Have 2 – 3 years minimum experience in a management/client facing role
Have excellent communication skills
Possess an understanding and experience of working with internal departments and managing projects
Provide accurate site measures generating survey reports
Accurately record relevant information onto the Company tracking documents
Ensure that all project administration is actioned in an organised and timely manner
Ability to compare output to briefs and visuals
Be fully professional and courteous when dealing face to face with the client at all times.
Produce work to the highest standard as set out by the Group Manager and the company.

Understanding of the appropriate uses of materials and techniques
Use of all job costing and project management tools
Adhering to dept specific processes and templates
Appropriate use of Excel and Word, and all Office programs
IT literate, Numerate and Literate
Ability to compare output to briefs and visuals

A CSCS card would be advantageous
