Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for 3 x Sales Associates in London, Mayfair for a well-established French luxury retailer.
By joining the brand, you will be part of a traditional and a timeless fashion marque.
To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience in sales and customer service along with strong appetite for luxury fashion & customer relations.
List of responsibilities:
Welcoming the customers and providing high quality advice and sales service,
Achieve monthly and quarterly budgets and targets,
Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs,
Create, develop & client relationship,
Share and spread the client's values and history (Proven Brand and product knowledge),
Keeping the boutique presentable to the clientele in order to provide the best service possible.
Requirements for the Sale Associate:
Experience in luxury retail,
Respectful, self-confident,
Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
High level of brand and luxury product knowledge.
