Data Analyst 18 Month Contract

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum Laptop, pension, holiday

Experis are delighted to be working with a world leading and award-winning gaming company. Currently they are looking for a Data Analyst to come in and work with their Data Insights team. You will be working closely with data scientists, user researchers and their data engineering team; with the main focus of the role being to drive analysis and insight in key areas. This includes: live incident analysis, improving understanding and impact analysis of live events/features.

The day-to-day responsibilities:

Build and develop an understanding of live service events and engagement, sharing insight across teams.
Own the delivery and ongoing iteration of dashboards and insights supporting live service and incidents.
Working with the analytics lead, deliver new analysis and visualisations to drive understanding of new features and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with a variety of stakeholders including data engineers, services engineers, game designers and marketing teams to build and deliver insights.

Required skills and experience:

Demonstratable and established working knowledge of SQL.
Experience in working with PowerBI to create engaging visualisations that answer business questions.
Experience in delivering insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong communication and organisation skills.

Desirable Characteristics:

Experience with Python/R.
Experience working in Databricks or a cloud notebook environment.
Experience with Azure.
Experience in agile working practices.

Details of the contract:

Duration: 18 Month initial contract
Pay: Equivalent salary of £45,000 – £50,000 (with some flex) – broken down into an all-inclusive day rate in your contract
Start date: Flexible – Ideally your notice would be < 2 months
Location: The role is fully remote
