As we continue to be the very best in the market, and to support a major growth strategy for 2022, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic graphic designer to join our dynamic marketing team where every day is different!
Our highly experienced and fast-paced department needs a talented graphic designer who can produce high quality collateral for our many developing projects whilst maintaining our company brand standards. This is a varied role where you will work closely with our proactive sales teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness, as well as providing design support to internal stakeholders across the CR Smith and FIX business.
You will have a design/marketing background and will hold a relevant degree or qualification with 3-4 years’ experience working as part of an inhouse marketing team, agency or freelance designer. You will possess excellent project management skills with knowledge of design, photography, artwork and print processes.
Essential skills:
-strong graphic design background
-extensive experience using Adobe creative cloud
-excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, delivering to changing deadlines across various departments
-positive, can-do attitude where solutions are the answer
-genuinely passionate about all things design & able to take the initiative
-knowledge of photo/video creation and editing would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
-creative development of our print and digital marketing collateral, in line with brand guidelines
-idea creation and development of social media content for both CR Smith and FIX division
-co-ordination and management of online and offline sales samples and training materials
Package:
Salary £28,000 – £30,000 (Dependant on experience)
