Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a construction company who operate within the commercial and residential sector and are currently seeking a Junior CAD Technician to initially work on site in SW London.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties will involve measuring areas, drawing heating schematics & layouts, producing engineering and production drawings, detailed section and construction diagrams, bill of materials or heating calculations and measurements.
What We're looking for:
* Ideally someone with Ms in Architecture, however we will look at other candidates as well.
* A clear understanding of building design and the construction process is essential.
* The following computer skills are necessary: Autodesk CAD (2D & 3D) Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with BIM and Revit.
* Experience in UK residential and commercial construction or services design
* Experience in the design of underfloor heating systems would be beneficial
