The successful candidate will need to be organised, methodical, versatile and a confident communicator. Not only will the role require the ability to work closely with colleagues and contributors, but you will also be a main contact point for many of our clients, so building a high level of trust and rapport with them is essential.

Reporting to the Creative Director and Brand & Product Manager, you will be expected to manage the day-to-day running of multiple projects, from start to finish: planning, quoting, budget management, briefing, scheduling, managing clients and suppliers, troubleshooting, checking files, and critiquing work, all whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of quality. A good creative eye is important, and a background in design would be helpful, but more importantly you will have a good understanding and familiarity with the creative processes, production and software packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing client & supplier relationships.

* Utilising project management software.

* Setting and documenting project schedules.

* Estimating and monitoring project costs.

* Delivering projects on schedule and on budget.

* Ensuring that high standards of quality are met.

* Writing design and art briefs.

* Checking/amending artwork files.

* Negotiating with clients and suppliers on change requests.

* Identifying and escalating issues to the Creative Director.

* Attending internal/external meetings and trade fairs.

The successful candidate will need:

* To be a team player.

* To possess a 'can-do' attitude.

* The ability to keep calm under pressure.

* To be able to multitask and prioritise projects.

* Strong written and verbal skills.

* The ability to communicate confidently and appropriately.

* A practiced understanding of the project management process.

* At least 3 years proven creative and organisational/ productive experience.

* A creative mindset with a high attention to detail.

* Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration and branding.

* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word and Excel.

What we offer:

This role offers you the opportunity to be involved in a fast paced, vibrant working atmosphere, with colleagues who collaborate and support each other to not only fulfil a diverse range of client briefs, but also to express their individual creativity, grow their industry knowledge, and become an integral member of a dynamic team of creatives.

For full-time staff, we offer a range of employee benefits, including: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, office shut down over Christmas and New Year, an employee pension scheme, a NHS top-up medical scheme with WPA (after the first year of employment), as well as several staff perks throughout the year – such as Christmas parties and fun days-out.
