Senior Interaction Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £75000 – £85000/annum +10% Bonus
It's not often that you find a permanent role with a generous salary, 10% bonus, 31 days hol (+8 bank hols), 8% pension, and THREE promotion and pay review windows each year. The role and company are both fantastic as well, I'll give an overview below:
The company:
Founded by two very impressive individuals back in 2016 who both came from consulting and transformation backgrounds. They are now a company of 60 with an amazing culture! They are truly passionate about the positive impact that their ethical services have. For example, a recent 2-year project they have secured is working with DfE on services for vulnerable families. They have a fantastic retention rate and often compete with the big-4 on high-profile government projects in sectors such as education, criminal justice, or social care.
The role:
The company is recruiting heavily into the user-centred design team and immediately requires x2 senior Interaction designers to join a principal Interaction designer. As a core member of the team, there is real scope to have a significant impact on how they deliver services to their clients, as well as shaping the development of the IxD team.
You will work across digital and non-digital channels, across different devices, browsers & platforms.
They offer some of the best in-house and external training I've seen, where you'll be granted budgets for courses of your choice and given a personalised programme to help you shape your career. With the three promotion and pay review windows each year, you'll have plenty of opportunities for increased remuneration and development in to more senior roles.
The role is predominantly remote but travel to their central London office once per week is essential.
