Bathroom Sales Designer

Salary : £20000 – £30000/annum
Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a forward-thinking established company based in Battle, to find an experienced Bathroom Designer.
My client specialises in the design, supply and installation of luxury bathrooms starting from £20,000.
Full-time, permanent; Monday-Saturday, with a day off during the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting, greeting, and directing customers around the showroom
* Taking all customers details and adding them to the CRM
* Chasing leads, quotations, and order payments daily, keeping an up-to-date customer database with a pro-active approach
* Providing the customer with detailed information and advice on products
* Being accountable for keeping yourself up to date with product knowledge
* Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
* Owning customer problems, keeping them informed until a resolution has been found
You will ideally have experience working within a luxury retail bathroom environment, although any other relevant experience will be considered, as well as the following essential qualities:
* Experience and an understanding of selling at premium prices
* Experience in selling bathrooms and tiles
* Experience designing bathrooms using virtual worlds – training is available if required
* Previous experience gained in a retail or customer-facing background
* Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills
* Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
* Good organisation skills and the ability to work on several jobs at once
