Landscape Architect

Fancy working for a medium-sized, well established Architectural practice that specialises in the residential sector?!
We are currently on the lookout for a Landscape Architect to join an award-winning practice that is based in Truro, Cornwall.
The Architectural practice specialises in designing unique, bespoke residential and commercial developments for clients. With their in-house team of 21 staff, they are able to deliver ambitious and inspiring designs that maximise the potential of the developments.
They are well-established, have been designing buildings for over 30 years, and have a thorough understanding of the complex planning process as well as obtaining a successful track record.
Projects-wise, they tend to work within the residential sector but also take on work throughout the commercial and Masterplanning sectors too. Their projects have a tendency to be on a high-end scale.
Main Responsibilities
Produce visualisations and master plans
LVIA assessments
Report writing
Liaise with clients and other business professionals
Develop client relationships
Technical proposal writing Desirable Attributes:
Some experience in practice
Commercial awareness
Client facing experience
Capability to manage and acquire own work with marginal guidance This role involves collaboration with the planning and design teams to assist in the master planning of residential and commercial projects.
The salary for this position is totally dependent on experience, but as a guide: £25K – £35K.
