Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum Hybrid Working

Nationwide Fashion business are seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

Your role as a Accounts Payable Clerk will be varied and will provide the right candidate the opportunity to gain experience across all aspects of transactional finance. To be successful, you will require a solid understanding of the double entry and matching principles.

Your responsibilities will include:

* 3-way matching and processing of stock invoices in multiple currencies
* Checking, matching, and processing overheads against purchase orders
* Identification and resolution of invoice/purchase order queries
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on AP queries
* Inbox management
* Filing and ad hoc duties as required.

To be considered for this role:

* Understand the principles of double entry
* Understand how to enter accounting transactions and perform reconciliations
* Apply techniques to common and non-routine problems to produce solutions.
* Have good Microsoft office skills and experience of Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
