JOB ROLE: Customer care assistant – LUXURY FASHION BRAND
COMPANY: LUXURY FASHION BRAND
HOURS: 08:00am-16:30pm / 11:00am-19:30pm / 15:30pm-12:00midnight (Shift pattern Monday – Sunday) HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH THE ABOVE HOURS AND DATES AS THIS IS REQUIRED.
SALARY: Hourly rate – £10.20
LOCATION: REMOTE WORKING – start date 3rd October 2022 / needs to be confirmed by the 19th September
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
Speaking with customers over Email, Phone and Live Chat
Responding to customers via Social Media
Liaising with delivery service to check status of deliveries
Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
Processing orders and payments on behalf customers
Maintaining a database of customer information
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
Checking product or service availability
Assisting customers with registration or account creation
Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation's offeringsSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Love to solve a problem and take responsibility
Are resilient with the tenacity to not give up until the problem is solved
Have experience fast paced customer facing environments
Enjoy getting stuck in and working with your team and with business partners to find the right solution
Have fluent English both written and spoken
Know your way around Microsoft Office
Are able to work flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Are keen to learn more about the luxury fashion industry and the exciting brand
