This exciting design practice are looking for a People Coordinator with 1-3 years' generalist experience to support the Head of People with administration and coordination of the employee life cycle. This is a rewarding opportunity in an international, fast paced, and highly ambitious creative environment that requires a high level of multitasking, organisation, and administration skills. You will be able to use initiative and capable of working both within a team and independently.
This is a generalist role and duties include:
Provide advice and response to queries from employees, escalating when necessary
Support with on and off onboarding of employees
Manage offers, contracts and visa applications of new employees
Maintain, create, and update information and records on the HRIS
Coordination of end-to-end recruitment
Manage annual leave requests
Update and maintain documentation/templates
Conducting training to staff as required
Responsible for month end reporting to the senior managers
Experience
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures and best practice/some knowledge of employment law
Excellent organisational skills and proven ability of having worked in a fast-paced environment
Communicates fluently in English, verbal and written
Works well with Office365 and experience of working in a HRIS
Solid HR administration experience from within architecture, design or a similar creative sector
