Project Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £40000/annum
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with estimating capabilities to join their central Leeds team. Specialising in exhibitions and events they work globally with some big blue chip clients.
Ideally you will be able to work methodically and independently, it will be your responsibility to ensure that their clients have their project costed effectively and competitively.
Your role will include but not be restricted to:
Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment
Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
Assessing the risk levels associated with a project
Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costsThis is a Full-time, Permanent role
