Videographer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum
Are you a Videographer and Producer and Editor then this is an amazing role for you.
It is home based but travel to film working the CEO of an incredibly successful hybrid property agency with particular emphasis on their Investment part of the Group.
Your role will be
* pitching, planning, shooting & editing engaging content in line with company goals
* Maintaining and taking care of the company’s video property; setting up and taking down cameras, lighting, audio recorders, mics and props etc.
* Transforming concepts into first-rate visual content that successfully communicates products to existing and new audiences
* Working with marketing team to establish appropriate creative directions for our videos (including storyboarding)
* Filming and editing high quality videos
* Organising your work with the team to ensure all projects are produced on time,to an agreed brief, budget and high standard
* Turn marketing content into video
* Shoot and help property investing video courses
Your experience and expertise will include
* A genuine passion for all things video related, with a relentless desire to push the boundaries of video production.
* Outstanding editing skills, including an appreciation of narrative, timing, pace, colour and composition, combined with an ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines.
* You will source and licence music/audio to be used for various platforms and media spends, ensuring it is in line with the 'the brand sound' and represents the brand correctly.
* You will be editing video content for various social media platforms and marketing channels in line with a brief.
* Developing ideas and concepts specific to video editing to be implemented into campaign development and execution.
* Understand scriptwriting and story telling, the ability to tease out and tell a compelling story.
* Turning an hour interview into a 3 minute video won’t phase you – you’ll have a clear idea of the story that you want to tell, and be able to use your skills, experience and attitude to create something that exceeds client expectations
* Ability to research
* 2+ years’ experience within a similar role desirable (Adobe Creative Suite software also considered)
* Able to take creativity to new heights, pushing for new ideas and ways of doing
* Proven experience in Videography and/or Cinematography for an interiors /
* Knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Audition, & Bridge is
* First-rate video editing skills with a strong working knowledge of Final Cut
