This well-established practice has been providing premium Architectural services to the region for decades and as such have forged an excellent reputation resulting in an ever-growing list of loyal, long-term clients whilst winning multiple awards along the way!

The business has been continuing to go from strength to strength and have recently secured a busy project schedule – with that comes an opportunity to grow the company and build upon previous successes.

As such an enthusiastic RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required to come on board and help in the delivery of design projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors. You will be actively encouraged to utilise excellent design ability to contribute in the evolving designs within these sectors, however the opportunity will be available to move into other sectors as the role develops including Mixed-Use, Education, Industrial, Masterplanning & Healthcare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Assistant who already has a couple of years' experience under their belt and wants to join a supportive company that will help them to develop their career within the industry.

Architectural Assistant Requirements:

RIBA Part 2 qualification
Demonstrable experience within the UK Architecture industry
Demonstrable experience within the Residential & Commercial sectors will be desirable
Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Microstation, Sketch Up and Creative Suite is preferable but not essential as training can be given
A sound and technical understanding of UK Building Regulations and RIBA stages 1-4
Capability to prepare detailed drawings and specifications
Confident communication skills
Self-motivated and strong work etc.
