up to £70 ph UMB / £53.05 ph PAYE

Overview of department:
Advantage Resourcing are working with a large manufacturing company who specialises in the Defence industry, an opportunity has arisen for a FPGA Design Engineer with good level of VHDL language skills.

Responsibilities:
The role involves working at all phases of the FPGA design and verification cycle including:

Generating complex FPGA architectures and design implementations (VHDL, Simulink etc), targeting Xilinx, Intel, Microsemi devices.
Verifying complex FPGA implementations using VHDL and System VerilogUVM test-bench methodologies.
Generating low-level software (C) to facilitate FPGA test and integration with the wider embedded system.Skillset/experience required:

FPGA development.
Competent VHDL Language and Design Skills.
