THE OPPORTUNITY:
Were recruiting on behalf of a luxury fashion brand who is a well respected business that is looking to expand their team due to the continued success of the company. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Creative Marketing Manager to join the team to be involved in delivering marketing collateral, producing marketing strategies, planning projects & campaigns, developing ideas, driving the execution of campaigns and more.

THE CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, who will set the strategic plan in collaboration with the post holder of the Creative Marketing Manager and an external specialist agency
Responsible for multi-channel marketing activities including; Email Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Management, Digital newsletters and Catalogue
Producing a content marketing plan to produce campaigns inline with the marketing strategy
Working very closely with the internal marketing & ecommerce team to deliver on the Content Marketing plan, utilising the expertise of the inhouse; Graphic Designer, Copywriter & Marketing Assistant.
Setting design & copywriting briefs internally – reviewing drafts and approving final content whilst ensuring in accordance with brand guidelines and desired tone of voice
Creating content for various marketing campaigns and activities including emails, social posts, newsletters, and other communications
Acting as the lead contact for your colleagues on the execution of all aspects of marketing strategy
Working closely with external agencies, setting briefs, and ensuring they produce marketing campaigns and collateral as required
Planning and attend photoshoots, approving final versions
THE PERSON:
You'll need strong experience in a Marketing Manager position or a similar position, such as a Senior Marketing Execution / Marketing Campaign Manager / Content Marketing Manager.
Able to create engaging content for online & offline multi-channel campaigns across Social Media, Email, Blog content, newsletters, catalogues, leaflets, brochures
An excellent eye for design to be able to set briefs and approve final versions
A strong understanding of difference audiences to be able to adapt marketing activities and utilise the appropriate tone of voice to connect / engage with the target customers
Experience of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with other department heads to understand key marketing objectives
Ability to create campaign reports and post campaign analysis with insight and recommendations
