Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £52000 – £62000/annum

They have international presence, and often partner with leading institutions and commercial developers who are looking to create science communities for future discoveries; and technology pioneers such as Amazon and Microsoft to create next generation workplaces.
Their London studio has an expanding Commercial Science sector and is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer, with around 10 years of experience and excellent conceptual, visual, and communication skills to work in a highly collaborative design-oriented studio.
For this role you need:
Qualified Architect with minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills for high performance buildings
Knowledge and experience of Low and Zero Carbon design strategies
Ability to participate in, and deliver multiple projects whilst managing deadlines
Proficiency in Revit with 3D modeling skills; SketchUp/Rhino desired, and Adobe Creative Suite
