Graphic Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £32000/annum
We're looking to add some extraordinary talent to our team to elevate our online personalised gifting and homeware brand image to the next level.
The core focus of this role will be creating exciting products as well as print, web, and social media-ready artwork. You will support and collaborate with the marketing & technical team to ensure our goals and objectives are met.

What we're looking for:
Very strong graphic design & video creation skills
Creating print, web and social media-ready artwork
Liaise with Clients and senior management to get as much in-depth knowledge of the project as you can to ascertain what software to use, what material, expected timescale etc. in order to give a rough estimate of the budget
Designing products and concepts
Creating and editing videos
Coordinate with other team members and teams to ensure that the design and end product fits with the expected timescale and matches the required specifications
Product photography and editing
Arrange specifications and instructions for the completion of projects
Prepare models, drawings, and sketches to show designs, colour schemes and different specifications
Managing website product images and promotional banners
Research Project specifications and identify similar project and forecast costs and research new processes to save on cost and time
Keeping up with design trends within custom-made gifts industry
Ability to work proactively and identify areas that will add value to other departments through marketing
A positive & brave mindset as we encourage creative freedom to reach our goals
A strategic thinker that understands the analytic side of content
Strong Experience in maintaining and growing a brand
Attention to detail and decision-making skills
Extremely reliable, organised and a team worker
Skills required:
Proven graphic designing experience
Experienced with Magento, Corel Draw and Creative Cloud
Product photography and videography
Confidently be able to present work
