Architectural REVIT Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
A proficient Architectural REVIT Technician is required to join an Architectural practice based near Waterloo , London.
The medium sized studio deliver exceptional projects across a wide range of projects from Arts & Culture, Workplace, Heritage & Education. Founded in 2009, the practice understands the value in the knowledge of their clients and collaborators, with projects which interpret historic and cultural allusions to create clear concepts.
The ideal Architectural Technician will be proficient with REVIT and be confident implementing and developing the REVIT skills of the studio, will have demonstrable experience across all RIBA stages and be confident, self motivated and a creative problem solver.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Proven background within Architectural Technology or Technician Role
Min 2 years UK experience on live projects and content creation- Essential
Excellent working knowledge of REVIT & AutoCAD
Knowledge of BIM & Dynamo – Advantageous
Strong presentation and time management skills
Excellent level of design and technical skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Understanding of BIM implementation process for coordination purpose

You will also receive a highly competitive salary depending on suitability and experience, likely to be between £30,000 to £40,000.
