Architect – Healthcare
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £42000/annum
An accredited RIBA chartered Healthcare specialist Architectural practise are looking to expand their team with an experienced & motivated Architect based at their Central London Studio.
With over 30 years experience, the respected multi sector practice have been recognised as an expert in all aspects of healthcare. More recently they have expanded into different sectors and are fast becoming significant players into offices, care homes, residential & conservation projects. The focused practice pride themselves on their sensitive expertise and continue to provide excellent service coupled with quality designs. They fundamentally believe that their good designs flow from their great relationships and it improves the lives of people through uplifting places.
The current vacancy would be best suited for an experienced Architect with exposure to working on different projects, specific project demands are on a broad range within the Healthcare sectors so, of course, would be advantageous. You will enjoy working withing a team but will be able to work independently and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines effectively. A well rounded Architect who is versed in all RIBA stages having a flair for design and a sound understanding of architectural detailing…
To be considered for the role of Architect we would hope applicants meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA qualified
At least 2 -5 years UK based architectural practice experience
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Ideally worked on all RIBA stages from conception to completion
CAD Proficient with demonstrable REVIT experience & NBS
Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written & report writing
Good organisational skills
Competent in preparing technical drawings, preparing layouts & presentation drawings
On site experience – Desirable
Experience in dealing with professional design teams
A highly attractive salary would be on offer likely to be negotiable around £35,000 to £42,000 per annum with the option of a flexible working pattern with office and home working to be agreed plus other exciting benefits.
