Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum

Experienced BIM Co-ordinator required to join Award winning international design practice based in Blackfriars, Central London.

The AJ100 practice, founded over 60 years ago, are market leaders in the field of transportation design and have a diverse portfolio throughout Leisure & hospitality, Education, Aviation & rail sectors. With studios in the UK, Ireland & the Middle East and a track record of projects in over 100 cities and six continents, the practice success is all down to the creativity and diversity of the teams. Spanning a wide range of building typologies, the forward-thinking architecture practice offers masterplanning, design management, interior design & BIM expertise.

The successful BIM Co-ordinator will have advanced knowledge of REVIT and have experience of coordinating multiple linked models on large projects. A sound knowledge of Dynamo, Navisworks and clash detection would be extremely advantageous. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have strong interpersonal skills and experience of working with external consultants and have a minimum of 2 years within a UK Architectural Practice.

Main Duties of the BIM Co-ordinator include the following :

Assisting the project team in producing BIM models to high standard
Providing support with modelling, documentation & contact creation
Contributing to the improvement of in-house BIM processes & protocols
Providing 'best practice' guidance on workflows to project teams
Implementing BIM execution plans on the project with adherence to in-house standards

The Salary for the BIM Co-ordinator is likely to be around £45k – 55k (dependent on experience) per annum + excellent benefits as listed below. Hybrid working options are available.
