A wonderful opportunity exists for a Recently qualified Architect to join a recently launched property company here in the UK after unrivalled success Internationally. The new offices are based in Fitzrovia, London.
The company are delivering two new 5* boutique hotels in London and as such are looking for a creative individual to join their team. Contemporary & sustainable design are at the forefront of high-end hotel, restaurant, and residential projects currently ongoing across London. As they are new to the UK market there is lots of room for growth and progression for the right candidate.
The ideal Recently Qualifed Architect will have creativity to shape innovative & unique designs, have previous hospitality and hotel sector experience, be passionate about sustainable design & a proven track record in RIBA stages 3-6.
Recently Qualified Architect Requirements
ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
Srong portfolio of completed designs
Minimum 2 years working experience in a UK Architectural Practice
Strong Proficiency in AutoCad/REVIT
Excellent Technical Skills
Can Work across all RIBS stages
Good awareness of standard UK Building regulations
Excellent communication skills
You will receive a highly competitive salary depending on suitability and experience, likely to be between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
