Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum

A multi-award-winning Architectural practice in Camden Town, London, is looking for a Associate Architect to join their expanding team.

With over 20 years since its inception, the studio has a well-founded reputation for creating thoughtfully designed contemporary residential, commercial, civic, and cultural developments in historically sensitive environments. The 90 strong studio has earned its title as a leading practice and has been created to foster a shared interest in materials, form, technology, and craftsmanship. Intimacy, research and consideration at the forefront of all projects & with an ISO14001 certificate to ensure better environmental choices at each stage of the project. Current projects range from private residential to 500,000 sq ft commercial to exquisite gallery space.

The ideal Associate Architect will be a thoughtful and talented designer who has led internal design teams and is confident in a client liaising role. Crucially you will need to have experience in office design and RIBA stages 1-3 and experience within other stages and sectors would be desirable.

REVIT/Microstation are the main software packages used within the practice so would be a highly essential attribute for you to have.

Associate Architect Requirements:

ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect – 10 post Part 2 experience
Ability to creatively lead projects at all RIBA stages
Demonstrable experience managing Architects, Technicians & Assistants
Design team coordination and client liaison
High proficiency with the use of both Microstation & REVIT
Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience
An awareness of standard UK Building regulations
Strong visualisation skills preferably using V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino & Photoshop
