Architectural Technician – Rail

Architectural Technician wanted for a 3 month Contract role for an international design practice based in Blackfriars, Central London.

The Architectural Technician will be joining the rail team on a short 3 month contract and will be an accomplished REVIT user, have a proven background in leading small teams in the delivery of small/medium sized refurbishments and fit outs.
To be considered for this role we would hope candidates will meet the following criteria:
Accomplished REVIT user.
UK experience – Essential
Proven experience in leading small teams in the delivery of small / medium sized refurbishments / fit outs
Proven detailing experience
Capable communicator / negotiator who can lead client and contractor engagement, keeping everyone happy and present designs in person convincingly.
Must be able to get along well with people and inspire confidence
No RAIL experience necessary
Fully conversant with building regulations and construction practice for refurbishment work
The hourly rate for the Architectural Technician will be commensurate with experience and Hybrid working options are available.
