Superb opportunity for an experienced Architect to join one of the UK's leading Architectural practices, to be based in their head office in central Birmingham. THE COMPANY:

As an experienced Architect you will be joining one of the top AJ100 practices in the UK, becoming part of a company wide team of close to 200 members of staff. The practice has been established for over 30 years, in which time they have developed a stellar reputation for delivering high quality projects in a variety of sectors.

The sectors worked within primarily across the business include; Housing, Commercial, Education, Student Living, Hotels, Hospitality, Healthcare and Leisure. This is the perfect position for an Architect looking to broaden their horizons and sink their teeth into a wide range of interesting and challenging projects.

The practice have appeared prominently on the AJ100 rankings consistently for years, which is testament to their ongoing development of current staff and their strategic planning when it comes to recruitment strategy. A position is now available within the Birmingham office for an experienced Architect to join the team.

THE ROLE – ARCHITECT:

The position on offer is for a fully qualified Architect with at least 2 years of post qualification experience. The Architect will ideally have some experience in job running and team leading, and be comfortable in taking a lead role in projects from concept through to completion.

The Architect for this role will be working on a wide range of project types within a variety of sectors, so it would be ideal for applicants to this position to have broad experience in areas such as; Residential, Education and Commercial property amongst others. Strong design and delivery skills are a must for this position.

The practice offer ongoing development and support to their Architects, encouraging them to fulfil their potential to the fullest with clear routes through to Senior & Associate level and beyond. An ideal opportunity for an Architect to take the next step in their career.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 and 3 level
ARB registered & RIBA chartered
At least 2 years of post qualification experience
Job running capabilities and confidence in taking projects from concept to completion
Varied sector/project background with a high quality portfolio of work to present at interview
