Conrad Consulting, in partnership with one of Leeds most reputable AJ100 Architectural Practices are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Architect capable of taking the lead on various projects across their core portfolio.

Our current vacancy would be best suited for a seasoned Project Architect with experience working on a wide-range of projects, specific current project demands are within the Residential, Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, however with various other revenue streams such as Energy from Waste, Commercial and Healthcare you will not be pigeon holed into working in one sector.

Alongside the day-to-day duties of a Project Architect this role will also require the expertise of someone who is keen to work directly alongside the main Director and operate as a righthand man / women. You shall share some of their managerial and mentorship responsibilities alongside alleviating some of the project workload by taking on your own projects and managing internal resources so projects can be delivered successfully. For a Project Architect fully onboard with this ambitious growth plan a direct route through to Senior – Associate level awaits.

To be considered for this role we would hope applicants meet the following Criteria:

. Currently operating at Project Architect level and running your own projects / managing a portfolio of clients.
· ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect (Min 4-7 years post-qualification experience).
· Proficiency in the use of REVIT / AutoCAD software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

.To be confident working alongside Internal interior Design Teams.

. Excellent job running / client facing skills.

· Previous experience working on Industrial and manufacturing projects (alternative project experience will also be considered)
· Knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
· Possess an excellent Design portfolio.

. Keen to progress into a Senior / Associate Architect position.
