Junior Graphic Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum + Benefits
Portsmouth, with some homeworking
This is a newly created role, working within a design team for a very busy and supportive creative agency with an excellent reputation. Working across some very exciting consumer accounts, this is a wonderful opportunity to get fully involved, use your creative skills to the max and be rewarded with excellent training and development.
Your role will involve:
· Working with senior creatives, offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
· Producing attractive and effective artwork/design
· Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
· Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
· Supporting the team throughout the execution of projects
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Adeptness with leading design software packages
· Determination to achieve and succeed
· Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
· Background of working as part of a design team
· Ability to see projects through from inception to production
· Consistency regardless of project size
· Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
· Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
· Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
· Skills within: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Powerpoint, Excel
