Recently Qualified Architect required to join a reputable Architectural and multi-disciplinary consultancy in their Manchester city centre studio.
This company have a world-class portfolio encompassing various large-scale projects across numerous sectors. Initially the workload will include a mixture of Education, Commercial and Hotel-sector projects. There certainly is scope for this workload to further diversify into other areas and as a new-hire within the Architectural team here there is scope for you to have some influence over the projects you wish to be involved in.
This company have really championed the use of REVIT. Their current team of Architectural professionals are equipped to deal with projects of varying size, scale and sector. They are looking for an open minded Architect with a minimum of 2 years practical experience to work on a mixture of exciting projects and develop their personal portfolio within the company.
Key criteria we are looking for include:
ARB Registration
Good Design & technical detailing ability- Revit experience is essential in this role
Strong 3D capabilities.
Ability to express ideas effectively; both written and verbal.
Knowledge of UK best practice standards and building regulations
2 years' practical experience as a minimum. This could have been earned at Architectural Assistant level.
Some experience/awareness of large-scale projects would be beneficial
Salary will be in the region of £33,000-£37,000 per annum alongside a comprehensive and generous benefits package
