Summary:

Specialising in scenery, design, and live shows, we are working with a London-based production agency. Looking for a Senior Creative with an event or production background, to work across a wide range of disciplines, media and sectors.

Who are you?

* You are passionate about both experiential and conceptual design and being part of the creative process of bringing it to life

* Minimum of five years experience in Events/Experiential/Brand Activation/Agency environment or similar

* Have a strong, creative design portfolio

* You think about what people can see, hear, touch and feel in 3D

* You’re very comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

* You have solid knowledge and experience in 2D/3D software (AutoCAD/Vector works and SketchUp/Enscape preferable)

* You are confident working creatively within brand or event style guidelines, translating them into live visual environments

* Experienced in a variety of event types for a large range of industry sectors

* You’re calm and focused when working on multiple projects and able to deliver to deadlines efficiently.

* Confident in leading pitches and proposals, either working independently or closely with a Creative Lead.

* You can confidently lead a team of creative specialists, whether in-house or freelance

* You come from a strong production background and have excellent knowledge of best design practices, methods and materials both in the physical, technical and digital realms

* Able to prioritise projects and manage expectations across teams

* It would be great if you’re able to produce beautiful hand drawings /sketches

* You are to influence the junior members of the team with a mentoring nature, to elevate their skillsets

Day to day you’ll be:

* Taking ownership of creative briefs for a wide range of events and sectors

* Leading on briefs and working closely with the account manager in the development of creative and event strategy

* Providing solutions; including space planning/floor plans, set designs, sketches/3D models for costing and visual briefs, styling/mood boards, presentations, dressing and props.

* Working closely with both in-house and freelance specialists to lead on the creative development of any digital/content elements

* Liaising with a range of our production suppliers and team members to ensure that concepts are technically feasible and achievable within budget

* Be able to present concepts and pitch responses both internally and direct to clients
