We have a great opportunity for a designer with strong creative thinking and communication skills to join our team.
The role spans retail design, hospitality design and brand development – experience in any of these areas is beneficial, a motivation to learn and collaborate is even more valuable.
We use our design expertise to help brands to grow and evolve. KVB Design was born from a desire to offer a personal relationship between the client and designer. We are based in the UK, 90% of our work is overseas with international brands.

We create design solutions in retail design, hospitality design, brand creation, and brand marketing. KVB Design is made up of a multi-skilled team, that collaborate to create successful brand experiences.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for designing great experiences for customers. Every member of our team collaborates in each project, we are looking for a team member who is willing to learn and contribute to a wide variety of design disciplines. All of our team members have different skills but share an appreciation for visual aesthetics, functionality and a strong critical sense of wanting to improve customer experiences.
We believe that great design is created when the designer creates a close relationship with the client, therefore strong communication skills are key to the role. Occasional international travel is required to meet our clients.
Daily team tasks include creative idea generation, 2D space planning, 3D visualisation, presentation material creation, presentation to clients, detail drawing creation, materials selection etc.
We use industry wide programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, 3D StudioMax and Microsoft Office – experience in these programs or similar is essential. Hand sketching skills are always our go-to way to collaborate within the team.
THE DETAILS
This is an office-based role, in our studio in Henley-on-Thames (located between Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire).
