TEMP Press / PR Assistant
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.50 – £12.00/hour
Our client are an incredibly prestigious, luxury super brand founded over 90 years ago offering their customer innovation, meeting tradition and experimentation.
We are looking for a Press Assistant to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis starting ASAP and working 5 days a week in their West End office. The ideal candidate will have studied PR and worked in a Press Office within an internship / work experience.
. Managing sample movements and request coordination for Scandinavia and the Netherlands media and retail; working with the womenswear, menswear and kidswear collections – which include RTW, Accessories and Collaboration Capsules.
. Supporting Rome HQ and International press offices with sample trafficking – also to include Advertising Campaign shoot if in London
work with Fashion GPS for sample and inventory management
Handling press enquiries and credit requests
. Assisting with VIP and Influencer dressing, gifting and showroom/store appointments
. Monitoring and clipping print and digital coverage (including VIP and Influencers) for the UK, Scandinavia and the Netherlands
. Support with HQ weekly/monthly reporting, media analysis and internal editorial reviews – with reference to DMR
. Handling the Press Showroom VM, archive and product inventory – to include supporting the PR Team with the internal sample sale
. General administration responsibilities including; maintaining database, overseeing the magazine/newspaper archive, assisting with team travel and expenses, liaising with suppliers and shipping vendors
