This Architectural Technologist opportunity exists within their Norwich office where a talented team, around 25 strong, specialise in Residential, Commercial, Education & Conservation projects. You will be provided with immediate exposure to a variety of interesting schemes within these sectors across a range of scales.
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
MCIAT Accreditation
Relevant qualification (ideally degree)
Minimum of five years' experience within UK Residential Architecture at RIBA stages 4 & 5
Demonstrable experience operating on Residential & Commercial projects
Demonstrable ability to run projects
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
BIM experience
Sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills – confident in a client facing role
