Experienced Architect / Project Leader – Boutique Projects

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £48000 – £53000/annum + Benefits

A small-medium multi-disciplinary architecture and interior design studio has a fantastic opportunity available for a project leader.

This is a newly created position to aid the expansion of this creative 13-strong studio, with immediate responsibility and ownership over a £15M boutique workplace project (a 60,000sq ft bespoke scheme located in central London) and a small team of Architects.

With a portfolio of projects that have consistently featured in Mix Interiors Magazine, this studio has carved out a reputation for designing unique schemes across a variety of Workplace, Hospitality, Retail and High-End Residential projects, throughout London and Europe.

If you are looking for exposure to sustainable-led projects (BREEAM Outstanding) or a taste of luxury, all whilst working with unique clients, this could be the opportunity you are looking for. The studio has a broad clientele that can accommodate various aspirations, ultimately offering an increased diversity in projects – great for those feeling caught in a 'one-size fits all' environment. The focus is on delivering a high standard of architecture and interior design in line with their client's creative aspirations.

This role would appeal to applicants that have a strong appreciation for architecture + interior design and may not be the best fit for those with a heavy Design & Build portfolio.

Full Revit software proficiency is essential. We are considering applications from Architects (RIBA Part III or ARB accredited) with a minimum of 6-7 years of UK industry experience, with a well-rounded exposure across all RIBA Stages. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate extensive project running experience.

The studio has been working flexibly way before Covid and, as a smaller business, they are able to accommodate individual needs with ease. There is a multi-cultural laid back studio environment that offers progressive opportunities, private medical + a range of additional benefits.
