Our client is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and talented designer to join their growing entrepreneurial team. You’ll be expected to lead and develop the team working with autonomy and drive to help shape them into highly performing and effective individuals.
It couldn’t be a better time to join them as they recently merged the marketing team across two brands and as part of the transformation, they’re building a leading class Digital Experience team who will deliver the very best UX to help achieve their business growth ambitions. Working alongside the Design Lead and Head of Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping achieve those ambitions, through shaping processes, tech, and brand to become leaders within their field.
They have expertise across CRM, performance marketing, ecommerce, brand & content so you’ll be involved in and often leading the creative with projects across the wider marketing team. You’ll mainly work across digital channels from concept through to development including digital ads, email, print, social, app and on-site UX.
We’re looking for someone who can create compelling and consistent customer experience turning business requirements into innovative and inspiring creative concepts which deliver results. A sound commercial awareness and experience of best practice in terms of design and UX will be essential in helping you deliver on the above.
As a confident and compelling communicator, you’ll be adept at sharing your expertise with the wider team across design and marketing to ensure Best Practice methodology is understood and promoted throughout the business.
Skills and experience required –
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in graphic design or equivalent. You will have a minimum of 5 years working in the creative industry and you'll have the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
Working with Photographers or interest in photography a bonus
Knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe Animate and/or After Effects a bonus
Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
You'll have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and you'll be a team player who is a natural collaborator – enjoying working with others to produce the best possible creative outcome.
You'll have a knock-out portfolio of design work that you're proud of and happy to talk through at interview.
