An exceptional opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic individual, to join my market leading and highly established client in Andover. The successful person will be developing and nurturing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and taking some ownership of the company's marketing and social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get into sales & marketing and progress in their career.
Main duties & responsibilities
* Account management and business development of new and existing accounts
* Assisting customers with their queries, whilst effectively building, managing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Administration duties involving sales order processing
* Marketing Campaigns and advertisement once trained
* Managing social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Company website etc.)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
* The desire to develop a career in Sales or Marketing
* Excellent customer service and team-work skills
* Computer literate with the ability to operate social media platforms
* Attention to detail
* This role would suit someone who has recently left College or has been working in customer service, sales/marketing or similar
