Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Manager in London, Mayfair for a well-established French luxury retailer to lead the daily operations of the boutique.
As an Operations Manager, you will organise, lead and control the operation of the counter (maintenance, stock management, after-sales service, financial flows – collection).
List of responsibilities as an Operations Manager:
Implementing high standards across all front and back-of-house store operations
Supervising and coordinating the back-office teams, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Controlling the proper management of flows: packaging, stocks, cash registers, after-sales service, distance selling.
Constantly review Store performance against targets, acting when they are not meeting goals and implementing corrective action where necessary.
Controlling the budgets of operating costs.
Controlling and monitoring counter management procedures (updating existing policies and procedures).
Managing the work of the various service providers (air conditioning, maintenance, security, etc.).
Any other ad-hoc tasks needed to support the team.
Requirements for the Operations Manager:
Previous retail operations experience.
Highly organised, attention to details.
Leadership and team management skills.
An excellent communicator and problem solver.
Proactive, independent.
