Salary: £25K-£32K

Location: Harlow, Essex

My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics who specialise within the Retail, Events and Exhibition space, and are looking to bring in an organised Project Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has experience working within the Large Format Graphics arena, either from a Production Coordinator background, or perhaps someone who has worked within Production and is looking to develop their career in a different area.

This candidate will be working on a large account and will be supporting Senior Project Managers on the delivery of each project.

The role:

– Preparing quotations, liaising and scheduling with the design and production team

– Overseeing the process of the production of Large Format Graphics and Signage, taking full responsibility of the process 

– Managing Installation schedules of the Regional Project Manager, often abroad.

– Acting as the direct client contact, whilst effectively communicating between departments 

– Manage all timescales, ensuring the client is fully briefed on progress

– Manage dispatch and logistics.
