Contract: 12-month FTC

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Administrator in London, Mayfair for a well-established French luxury retailer.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be to process new Sales Orders through the system in a timely and efficient manner, handle all requests, taking calls and email requests from customers.

List of responsibilities as a Sales Administrator

Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Processing customer orders, tracking shipments.
Providing administrative support.
Reporting monthly sales figures.
Response to ad hoc sales enquiries.
Keep the product stock list up to date and inform the sales team of any changes.
Be a key point of contact between different internal departments.
Regularly maintain the customer database (contacts, incoterm, etc.) & follow up on new account creation requests and developments.

Requirements for the Sales Administrator:

Strong organisation and time management skills
Great Attention to detail.
A professional manner and be a team player.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
Experience as a Cashier, Stock Control additional
