I am pleased to be partnered with a leading consumer goods retail company to support with the recruitment of a Customer Experience Design Analyst to join their growing global Business Co-ordination team based out of Tamworth.
This is a great opportunity to join a house hold name and play a key part in shaping the future of the brand and company in the rapidly changing modern world. You will be responsible for designing and optimising services across the business to improve the brands presence In the retail industry.
Although this role is UK and Tamworth based, some travel to other areas of the Country will be required at the request of the direct manager.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Model the anticipated commercial performance of the service the whole way through the process
Maintain consistency in the design of digital business operations in support of the businesses overall customer experience
Define and maintain the operating model for digital initiatives in the countries, including organisation design, operational business processes, key performance metrics / targets, operating locations and technical solutions
Collaborate with the Research and Marketing team on commercial modelling where required to validate commercial ambition versus business operations cost
Be an advocate for the user in all decisions taken about the direction of the product and service provided
Requirements
Previous experience in Managing Projects across B2C, retail or IT software procurement sectors.
Experience planning business models and organisational scoping across a large corporate business.
Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to present workshops to key stakeholders and the rest of your team.
Understanding of business process design and development of customer journeys.
A willingness to travel internationally to work with teams in other countries.
