The Practice

The practice are a well established, highly reputable practice that has been operating out of the West Midlands for close to 30 years, developing in that time an enviable project portfolio and client base. Working within both the public and private sectors, the practice have developed a service that covers a broad range of project type, with particular focus within the Healthcare sector.

Projects within the Healthcare sector can range small scale GP surgeries, elderly care facilities and specialist wards, through to large scale new build hospitals. The practice also work within other areas such as Education, Care Homes and some specialist Residential dwellings.

Based in the lovely town of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, the practice are based close to Victoria Park, ideal for lunchtime walks and a place to eat your lunch on a warm summers day. Experience of working at all RIBA stages would again be beneficial, particularly at the delivery end.

Vectorworks is the main software package used within the office, so prior experience of using this would be helpful (again not entirely essential as training can be provided where necessary).
