Sales Designer
I am excited to be working with an excellent client in the Bedroom Furnishing industry who are currently recruiting for a Sales Designer.
Working hours 45 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota
Hours between 10:00am and 6:00pm
Basic salary for this role is £18,000 plus commission (expected to earn around £30-33k per year) Commission is paid 3%
Due to the nature of this role you will undergo 6 months of training and during this period you will be paid £25,000 per year this is due to you not earning commission in the training period.
Job Purpose
To deliver sales results through effect customer interaction face to face and over the phone, this can include meeting with customers in the show room and at their homes.
Providing the highest level of customer service
To create accurate customer bedroom designs to meet the client's vision and requirements
To support other colleagues within a store environment and interact with other departments to a high standardKey Responsibilities
Dealing with customers both in the show room and at their homes
Design a plan that meets the requirements and needs of the customer
To accurately and effectively measure a customer's to allow a good level of service from start to finish (full training will be given)
To meet sales targets set out by your manager
Provide a profession service to the customer both in store and at their home.
To effectively manage your time and diary.
Be available to work some evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business.Personal Skills

Retail/hospitality experience

Hold a full UK driving licence. (preferable due to the nature of the job)
Strong attention to detail
Training provided:
Full training will be given on the companies CAD software Cabinetvision 21
Bedroom designing best practice and procedures to deliver outstanding quality bedroom designs.
The company own ERP/POS software and CRM diary management software
