Role:

The company are looking for an Artwork Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid position to work in their Manchester office.

You will be responsible managing and supporting the execution of labelling and artwork changes from receipt of approved design intents through to release to the printer.

This role will require solid Project management, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong knowledge of packing production and the Artwork approval processes. This is a client facing role and you will collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Monitor production of art development from agency handover through release to print
Serve as a main day to day contact on projects for clients, suppliers and external partners, in a timely response.
Partner with the Print Technical Team and client to resolve colour and print production issues
Ensure all project feedback is properly tracked and all content is reviewed and approved
Develop, communicate, and manage projects
Schedule and facilitate meetings relating to packaging project timelines and communicate them out, ensure suppliers are completing to timelines, proactively identify any obstacles and seek resolutions.
Facilitate online proofing process, timeline consolidation and resolution of artwork changes.
Attend Client meeting as and when required, serving as the subject matter expert regarding production processes
Essure high quality deliverables, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and exceed KPIs
Develop ways to monitor Artwork project progress, resolving any issues as they arise. Working with cross functional teams to meet timelines, goals, and priorities of projects.
Ensure all project feedback is tracked, documented, and agreed by the company and stakeholders
Assist in every part of the approval process, ensure alignment in every step of the design and activation process
Support onboarding and driving organizational knowledge of the workforce Management tool, demonstrating proficiency with all tools and technologies as requested by the business, continuously Project Management tools/SOP whilst proactively documenting and sharing best practiceRequirements:

Previous project management experience
Experience in consumer or corporate creative/production design
Experience with or an understanding of the package and pre-media prepress process
Category experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Retail, Private label and or Food, Technology, Pharma industries
Positive ability to influence for results
Proficient computer skills (Excel, MS office suite, Adobe)
Ability to create strong and effective partnerships and collaborations across the business
Strong problem-solving skills: ability to identify and execute solutions
Ability to lead and adapt to various projects
Confident building new relationships and nurturing existing Internal and external partnerships
Time management skills, ability to access and develop strategies proactively
Focuses efforts on achieving SMART objectives aligned to the company's strategic imperatives
