Content Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

An organisation scoring 4.9/5 on Glassdoor for a company of 300 employees is almost unheard of. The figure speaks for itself, but I'll let you in to a few reasons as to how they've achieved this…
Culture is at the top of what our client does, they're truly passionate about charity work, environmental action, inclusive change and ensuring the company is driven from the bottom up. Their culture has allowed them to retain the best talent in the industry which sees them compete with the big 4 and maintain strong relationships with government departments such as DFE, NHS and the Home Office.
They are seeking a Content Designer to join a growing user-centred design team of experts who are all helping shape public sector services for the better. You will Iterate content based on insights from UR and make complex language and processes easy to understand. They work with the GDS framework, however it's not essential you have used this. As long as you have designed with accessibility in mind then you are right for the role!
The role is for a naturally curious and innovative thinker – someone who takes the initiative to solve a problem by working closely with the client's business requirements, user needs and technical capabilities. With plans to treble the size of their team by 2025, you can expect natural career progression in to senior hands on roles or even management.
Role requirements:
An advocate for user-centred design
A good understanding of content strategy
Understanding of agile processes
