Job purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with the client and moving the print work through the Company. The final stage will require coordination with the transport office to arrange delivery of the completed print work.

Duties and responsibilities:

Taking initial design brief.
Plan large format work.
Liaise with clients.
Progress work through various departments within the company.
Organise and arrange despatch of final product to clients.
Follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
You may be expected to work outside your standard hours of employment from time to time in order to fulfil your responsibilities for achieving targets and deadlines.Requirements

Must have experience within a similar project manager based role.
The candidate should be highly organised and proactive approach to work.
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
It is essential that the successful candidate have or will acquire a good working knowledge of large format and / or signage industries
Good Communication is essential as the post holder will have to communicate with various departments within the business.
This is a very busy role and organisation skills will be essential to perform to a high standard in this role.
The candidate should pay attention to detail and be commercially aware.
Pro-active individual and good team player who is open to change and willing to pursue opportunities to add value to the company.
Flexible to accommodate additional work.
