The Senior Architectural Technologist will be required to lead a growing team and fully contribute towards the ambitious development of the business. You will be tasked with directing your team to work alongside other disciplines within the company to ultimately construct the Architect's vision. As such, it is expected that the Senior Architectural Technologist can advise during all RIBA Work Stages through site visits and technical reviews, finding solutions to ensure all schemes are buildable.
Any Senior Architectural Technologists that would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity will need the following key skills & experience:
Ideally MCIAT qualified or similar
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Fantastic organisational ability
In-depth understanding of building technology
Leadership experience and a willingness to take on responsibility
Great communication skills
