As the successful applicant you must have a minimum of 7/8 years' experience in the Interior Design industry including a minimum of 3 years in the US market. You should have a proven portfolio of work in the Multi-Family Residential sector, Commercial sector or Hotel / Hospitality sector. Ideally you will be a technically minded designer with a strong focus towards technical details. You must be a proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe suite. Experience running projects independently and managing teams would be hugely beneficial and you must be a strong communicator as you will regularly be liaising with clients.
Requirements:
8 years' experience in an Interior Design role
Extensive experience of Multi-Unit Residential, Hospitality/Hotel or Commercial projects
Fully proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe suite
Strong technically focussed designer
Portfolio of high-quality work examples
Proven experience in a client facing role
Confident leading projects independently
Strong Communication ability
